Bryce Bowman, Director of Development for Randolph Equities:

Bryce Bowman is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he has served 5 years as an Officer in the United States Army, and is the son of a former NFL football coach.  Bryce also holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with a focus in Finance and Marketing.  Bryce’s demonstrated leadership qualities, and experiences in disciplined environments will allow him to implement organizational and structured systems within Randolph Equities that apply to all phases of the real estate development process.  These processes will enable Randolph Equities to remain extremely agile in its approach to any real estate transaction, while keeping its core values aligned across every project from project inception to completion.

Although Bryce is disciplined and has thrived in a structured environment, Bryce is an entrepreneur at heart.  During his successful career as an Army Officer, Bryce noticed a severe lack of supply in multi-family housing in and around our nation’s military bases.  Instead of accepting offers from large Fortune 500 companies, Bryce left the military and founded Black Knight Development.  With Black Knight Development, Bryce was responsible for project underwriting, raising equity, securing debt financing, acquiring, marketing, and managing the construction of multi-family residential developments, and retail and office plazas.

Bryce is a true self-starter, with a passion for real estate development, and he prides himself on taking ground level market knowledge and applying it to macro-level real estate trends to maximize value in every project.  Bryce’s broad real estate background and direct experiences in all types of markets urban and sub-urban will help Randolph Equities aggressively pursue any transaction type.  Bryce will also be responsible for growing the Randolph Equities Investment base, to help the company achieve its objective of $200 Million in development annually.

Bryce left the Army at the rank of Captain and lived in Europe for three years during his service, he served in Germany, Macedonia, and Kosovo, and he is a Veteran.  Bryce’s B.S. from West Point is in American Politics, with a Field of Study in Business Engineering.  He and his wife Nicole reside in Chicago, IL.
